Pitching.vc is run by IGHC Limited. This notice explains what we collect when you use Pitching.vc on WhatsApp or on this website, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number and the name on your WhatsApp profile.
• What you tell us about your startup: sector, stage, city, how much you want to raise and similar answers.
• Files you choose to send, such as your pitch deck.
• Basic website data such as pages visited, collected without cookies that identify you.

Why we use it

• To match you with investors, founders who can introduce you and grants you may qualify for.
• To reply to you on WhatsApp and send the matches you ask for.
• To improve the matching and keep the service safe.

We do not sell your data. We do not send your deck to any investor. You decide who to contact.

Who processes it

We use a WhatsApp Business service provider to send and receive messages, and cloud hosting to store data. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use Pitching.vc and for up to 12 months after your last message, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw your consent and nominate someone to act for you. Send "DELETE" on WhatsApp or write to us at the address below, and we will act on it.
